ABOUT THE BAND
Sunny Side Down has been rockin' the Kansas City scene since 2001. Their primary focus is melting faces with your favorite Gen X rock/party hits from the 80s/90s/00s. As one of the areas most versatile and entertaining rock/party bands, they cover over 300 songs ranging across all decades and various genres including rock/alternative, classic rock, hard rock, and dance/pop. The band also offers top-notch acoustic duo/solo performances for more of a "chill vibe" atmosphere.
In addition, the band has released two original albums "Something in the Water" and "Infinite Ember" which showcase their creativity of catchy hooks, powerful melodies, and meaningful lyrics that people can relate to. Their original songs reflect a variety of influences from Weezer, Foo Fighters, Muse, and Tool to name a few!
